Modification for beginners:
Playing without recording the number sentence, Make the number line larger, number line to 10, number cube with smaller numbers, make on the floor and jump to play, number line to 10, Number line up to 50, skip count the number line, ask about rounding up or down, Teacher writes on AM72 and AM73 ans the student dictates or repeats, Write the minus <- and plus -> on the AM71, Sit child on "plus side, minus side" of the paper.
Modification for challenge student:
Expand the number line on sentence strip - 0 - 40 20 being the starting point and use larger number of dice, once rules are established then it would be an independent group.
